 Terms and Conditions General - The studio apartment is available to rent on a weekly basis - from Saturday to Saturday (alternatives only by agreement with the owner).
- The number of people using the studio shall not exceed two (there is one double bed available).
- The holiday maker is expected to take reasonable care of the studio and to leave it in the same condition of cleanliness as found.
- If extra cleaning is required an additional charge may be made.
- Any damage, losses or breakages should be reported and are the responsibility of the holiday maker and will be payable on demand.
- Pets are not permitted.
- NO SMOKING is permitted in the studio apartment or in the garden.
Payment - Bookings will be held on receipt of a deposit equivalent to one week’s rent as confirmation.
- The balance of the fee is to be paid one month before arrival.
- Payments should be made by cheque to: S E Cornwall or preferably by PayPal to the account of: susancornwall@aol.com
- Any bank charges incurred for overseas payments by credit transfer must be paid in addition to the fee.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- The cost of electricity is included in the price.
Losses - No liability can be taken for any loss, damage, injury or expenses of any kind sustained by anyone in connection with the studio apartment.
Cancellation - In the event of cancellations notified 28 days before commencement of the holiday only the deposit will be lost.
- Cancellations notified less then 28 days before commencement of the holiday will lose the whole fee.
Arrival/Departure - Guests may arrive from 4pm - notification of an approximate time of arrival is required.
- The studio must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
